Work-Based Learning (WBL) has always been our college's competitive edge since day one. First and foremost, our engineers have contributed tremendously to its implementation by being WBL coaches. In the meantime, we also give back to society by sharing our approach by publishing a chapter in the book "Fostering Industry-Academia Partnership for Innovation-driven Trade."
The chapter was written by Dr. Shalyn Lim Sheue Hui Lim,Ed.D, Dr. Koay Ir. Dr. Koay Loke Kean, and Dr. Derick Teoh Kok Ban Teoh, Ph.D. (and a collaborator from Universiti Sains Malaysia). As such, our WBL is not just a slogan; it is a recognized practice with strong methodological underpinning. In a way, we can say that we contribute to the advancement of the society. 😀 ✨
